Cooking surface guaranteed against warping. Bead blasted cooking surface resists sticking. Adjustable, thermostat controlled temperature from 175°F to 425°F. Fast heat-up and recovery time. One piece, 11 gauge stainless steel pan with gallon markings at five gallon increments. Spring assist cover with adjustable vent and full width handle. 60 minute timer with audible signal. On/Off switch and thermostat knob - both recessed to avoid breakage. Four stainless steel, level-adjustable feet.
