The ZESCO BDGF-90 deep fryer is a powerful unit encased in a slim fifteen and a half inch wide shell. This unit comes with two rectangular mesh fry baskets, a nickel plated tube rack, a drain extension, built-in heat deflector, and six-inch stainless steel legs. The tank is sixteen gauge welded stainless steel, and the long lasting baffles provide the most heating and combustion efficiency. The front drain is 1-1/4" for quick and easy draining. The thermostat can maintain a temperature between two hundred and four hundred degrees consistently while the temperature limit safety feature automatically shuts off all gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds four hundred fifty degrees.
