Cooktop - Open Burner Features:
• PyroCentric burner heads with two rings of flame for even cooking
• Burners are 28,000 BTU/hr. with a 7,000 BTU/hr. low simmer feature
• 12" x 12" OR 18" x 18" cast iron burners are anti-clog and removable for easy cleaning
• Anti-clogging shield designed in the grate protects the pilot from grease and debris
• No gaskets or screws
• Pots slide easily from section to section
• Manual controls standard
Standard Oven Features:
• Chef depth standard oven interior accommodates standard 18" x 26" sheet pans front-to-back, or side-to-side
• Interior oven dimension is 26-1/2"W x 26"D x 14" Tall
• Porcelainized side, rear, deck and door lining
• Unique baffle above the burner distributes heat flow to provide even cooking temperatures throughout the 35,000 BTU/hr. oven
• Stamped inner door liner provides extra strength while optimizing heat retention
• Oven controls located on the side in cool zone
• Thermostat adjustable from 150°F to 500°F
• One (1) heavy duty chrome plated rack included per oven
• 100% safety pilot
• Manual oven shut-off valve
Convection Oven Features:
• Interior convection oven dimension is 26-1/2"W x 22-1/2"D x 14" Tall
• Three position switch for cooking or cool down
• Burner "ON" indicator light and one hour manual timer.
• 1/4 hp blower motor
• Fan shuts off automatically when door is open
Gas: 28,000 BTU's Per Top Burner with 35,000 BTU's for the Ovens, Water column pressure 5", 3/4" gas inlet.
Dimension: 31-1/4" Deep x 56-1/2" Tall.
Warranty: One year parts & labor warranty.
Optional 36" Salamander Broiler:
• Protective screen over infra-red burner
• Individual left and right gas controls
• Spring balanced - raises and lowers with positive locking in four (4) positions
• Grid rack assembly rolls out a full 10"
• Full width broiler pan can be easily removed for cleaning
• Includes two reinforcement channels for mounting salamander broiler on to range. Standard mounting is on left side
• 36"W x 23"D x 23" Tall, 210 Lbs.
