Turbo-Flow Convection Oven
Gas, 1-deck, manual controls, two speed fan 1725/1140, dual open 60/40 stainless steel doors with large window, two interior lights, five chrome racks that can be placed into 12 positions, 60 minute timer, single handle simultaneously opens both doors, stainless steel front, sides, top & legs.
Electrical Requirements:
120V, 1 Phase, 9 Amps per oven. Two speed motor 1/2 hp., 1725/1140 RPM.
Gas Requirements:
Manifold pressure: 5" W.C. Nat. Gas or 10" W.C. Propane Gas, 3/4" N.P.T
Standard Depth; 70,000 BTU's
Bakery Depth; 80,000 BTU's
