1 yr. parts, 5 yr. compressor warranty.

Refrigerant lines must be run between the condensing uit assembly and the evaporator assembly. The electrician must bring power to both the condensing unit assembly and the evaporator assembly. On low temperature systems the time clock is shipped loose and is to be field installed in a convenient location outside the walk-in.
HOW TO ORDER Steps 1 thru 4:
(1) Select the size that you need. Keep in mind the floor! A floor is needed when there is a space beneath that area, I.E. a basement or when the unit is to be located exterior of the building.
(2) If a refrigeration package is needed add the appropriate package to your order. Keep in mind that if the refrigeration is to be located outside or in a cold condition the low ambient kit is required. This device will heat the crank case, and will keep the viscosity of the oil fluid while in operation.
(3) If the Walk In box is to be located outside without any roof protection the roof membrane is required. This is a simple calculation; round up the size of the box and multiply length x width. Example: A 5'-10" x 5-10" is rounded up to a (6' x 6') box = 72 sq ft.
(4) Add accessories if necessary, see grid below.
