VOLLRATH Potato Wedger Cutters by Vollrath

Clean and durable stainless steel "V" trough guarantees smooth operation. Heavy, strong, nickel-plated ductile cast iron frame and handle with screw holes in base of legs for permanent mounting to table or wall. Sure grip handle-won't slip even when wet.

Dimensions: 11-1/2" long at base, 14" long with handle in closed position, 34-1/2" long with handle in open position, 23" high with handle in upright position.
