The cold module chills the cavity to 40°F in 90-minutes, with a plugged-in recovery time of 10 minutes after a 30-second door open. Modules can be swapped out in just 5 minutes for convenience or cleaning. This catering holding cart is 66\" tall and sits on 6\" diameter casters that easy handle uneven terrain.
