We confirm availability, current pricing and lead time. Some products are stocked; others ship factory-direct which may adjust lead times. If any changes, we’ll email an updated invoice for your approval. While we authorize your payment method for the initial order amount, we do not collect payment until confirmed.
Sales tax amounts may be incomplete. We may need to add or adjust taxes based on product type, vendor or delivery location. Some products qualify for state-specific exemptions. If any changes, your final invoice will show final applicable tax.
Freight charges are confirmed after ordering so we can obtain a competitive rate based on the shipment and destination, plus additional services like liftgate if needed. We’ll send the final freight amount in an updated invoice for your approval.
