Freight Damage and Insurance

Every freight shipment is insured, to collect the insurance on damaged goods the receiver must inspect the shipment before signing for it! It is imperative that you carefully inspect your shipment for any damage. If there is any damage at all you must note the damage on the freight bill/delivery receipt. This is required for any valid damage claim.

Forged German Steel - Hard POM Handle - Full Tang

They are a third generation family owned business and intend to continue to offer quality, performance, delivery, service, and price. This 11" slicer knife is from the Renaissance collection. The Renaissance line has many unique features. Every item is made from superior high carbon stain free German steel and is triple riveted. The blades are razor sharp with long lasting taper ground edges. The handle is an ergonomic design made from hard polyoxymethylene. Each item is protected with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and is NSF certified. The slicer knife here is a stamped riveted slicer with a Granton edge. This item is perfect for thinly slicing roast beef or other roasts. The Granton edge is ideal because it prevents thin slices from sticking to the blade.
