Refrigerated Prep Tables

Food prep units function as a preparation surface and a refrigerator. Most models will include a refrigerated top-rail for ingredient pans and cutting board space for the assembly of sandwiches, salads, pizzas or other multi-ingredient dishes. What's the difference between Sandwich/Salad and Pizza Prep Units?

  • Sandwich Prep Tables have a narrow prep/cutting board (typically 10"D) and are configured to hold 1/6-size pans of condiments or vegetables. Mega-top units a have a deeper top configuration allows a second row of pans.
  • Pizza Prep Tables have a much deeper prep board (17-19"D) for the preparation of larger items like pizzas. The refrigerated top rail and accommodates 1/3-size or larger pans and is elevated to allow easy distribution of larger amounts of toppings.
  • Don't have that much room? A Counter-Top or Drop-In Model may be a perfect solution.
