Colanders

Colander Strainers are an essential back of the house item. Colander Strainers can be used for many things and come in a variety of types and sizes. This particular Colander has two handles that enables one to lift it out of the sink basin when rinsing. Food Pan Colanders by Cambro are perforated food pans that can be purchased in 3" and 5" depths. This style of Colander insert is sized in full, half, third and sixth sizes. The clear inserts are for cold foods and the amber color inserts are for hot items. The purpose for the perforated Food Pan Colander is to separate the food product from it's natural juices.
