The Wisco Deli Wrap Machine is a must for anyone retailing pizza, deli platters or any food product that requires a sealed wrap. Turn the heat source on the Wisco Deli Wrapper and pre-heat for 5 minutes. Place the pizza with the cardboard bottom onto the disc. Next, take a sheet of film and drape it over the pizza with a sweeping motion so that the film is swept underneath the bottom of the cardboard. The heat from the Wisco Deli Wrapper will enable the film to contract and create a seal. It is that simple. There are a few adapter discs that one can purchase for more stability of the food product that you are sealing; the larger the base, the larger the disc. Always consider the size of the film in relation to the food that needs to be sealed. Shrink film sizes that are available are; 16" x 16", 20" x 20", 22" x 22" and 24" x 24".
