Fixed Dish Carts come in 5.75", 8.25" and 12.25" fixed columns. Keep in mind, the internal dimension can accommodate any size plate that can work within that dimension. Carlisle makes the Optimizer Dish Cart which is adjustable for 5.5" to 12.5" plates. The distinction between one Dish Cart from another is the amount of columns that are available. The Carlisle Optimizer Dish Carts can be purchased with 4, 6 and 8 columns.
