Filter Paper for restaurant frying oil is a specially woven paper material that allows the frying oil to pass through and at the same time eliminates particles from the frying oil. Filter Paper is simple to use and will extend the life of your frying oil. There are four styles of Filter Paper; cones, sheets, discs and envelope types. Most food service operators will use a Filter Powder in conjunction with the Filter Paper. Filter Powder is a food grade filtering agent designed for use with any filtration system, built-in or portable. It is specially formulated to remove foreign particle, sediment, free fatty acids and other contaminants from the oil, leaving it freshened and extending its useful life.
