Ingredient Bins

Ingredient Bins for the back of the house can be categorized as Slant Top with telescopic covers, Flat Top with push back and flat lift off covers and Round with lift off covers. Manufacturers of Ingredient Bins are Cambro, Carlisle and Faribo. Cambro makes Slant Top Ingredient Bins in 21, 27 and 37 gallon capacities and Flat Top Ingredient Bins in 26, 32, 34 and 42 gallon capacities with push back covers. Keep in mind, push back covers necessitate some clear space behind the bin in order to function, or one must pull the Ingredient Bin out to access. Carlisle manufactures Round containers that they brand as Huskees. One should only buy white when storing food in this type of container. Sizes are 10, 20, 32 and 44 gallon. Faribo manufactures a 25 gallon Slant Top Ingredient Bin and Rectangular Flat Tops in a portable wire frame with lift off covers in single, doubles and triples. Faribo offers a choice of several colors that can be mixed or matched.
