In this category, Zesco offers Refrigerated Worktops, Refrigerated Undercounter Units and Refrigerated Chef Bases. Manufacturers of these units are Beverage Air, Lolo, True Manufacturing and Turbo Air. Refrigerated Worktops are units that have a backsplash and are designed to be used as work areas with refrigerated storage below. There are units with standard depths as well as extra deep units. The extra deep Worktop units will enable the operator to use 18" x 26" sheet pans in the refrigerated storage below. Worktops come with doors and drawers. The Undercounter units are typically used for locating underneath a counter, but one needs to pay attention to the height specifications because they have a 36" overall height. Look to the drop down box or the Related Items Tab to make your choice of casters or offered unit heights so you will have that right height for the clearance underneath the counter. Undercounter units come with doors and drawers as well. Refrigerated Chef Bases are designed to put cooking equipment on top of the unit. It has the convenience of having refrigerated drawers below, giving the line cook food product that is readily available. Chef bases also known as Low Boys come in many lengths.
