Freight Damage and Insurance

Every freight shipment is insured, to collect the insurance on damaged goods the receiver must inspect the shipment before signing for it! It is imperative that you carefully inspect your shipment for any damage. If there is any damage at all you must note the damage on the freight bill/delivery receipt. This is required for any valid damage claim.

Forged German Steel - Non-Slip Santoprene Handle - Full Tang - Stiff Blade

This product from Mercer is a 6" forged boning knife with a stiff blade that is part of the Genesis line. The boning knife features a narrow blade that provides one with enough control to easily separate meat from the bone and trim fat. This item is crafted as one piece from fully forged high carbon, stain free German steel. The non-slip handle is made from Santoprene and is heat resistant. This product is NSF Certified and has a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
