Shipping Estimate
Shipping costs are an estimate based on your location. We will alert you to any surcharges related to weight or oversize. Freight shipments will be initially be listed as .01 and hand-quoted before payment, and may include extra charges for Residential Addresses or Lift Gate Delivery.
In-Store Pickup
Select Supply Items may be available for in-store pickup at 640 N. Capitol Ave. Please call 317-269-9300 (Ext 3) to verify stock, or place your order and wait for a pick-up confirmation from ZESCO before arriving. Order number and card used are required for in-store pickup.
Sales Tax Charged
Sales Tax is shown on most invoices. ZESCO will audit this charge and update your invoice if tax is not applicable on your order. Tax Exempt customers must have an exemption form on file. Email or call 317-269-9300 for more information.
Freight Damage and Insurance
Every freight shipment is insured, to collect the insurance on damaged goods the receiver must inspect the shipment before signing for it! It is imperative that you carefully inspect your shipment for any damage. If there is any damage at all you must note the damage on the freight bill/delivery receipt. This is required for any valid damage claim.

Returns & Warranty
ZESCO accepts returns in new condition within 14 days. Call 800-901-5051 (ext 6) for RMA #. Customer pays return shipping and 30% restock fee. Custom items non-returnable.
